The stones formed by the adhesion of ashes and large and small pieces that are released by the Volcanic Eruption by forming stacks on top of each other are called volcanic tuffs. 
It is usually used in mixed soils for the purpose of ensuring the development and growth of plants.

    - It does not create salinity in the soil, helps to regulate the pH level of the soil, 
    - Its rich mineral structure helps to feed the plants, 
    - Helps to prevent insect, bacteria and fungal diseases, 
    - It has water filtering feature.
